To place an order with us, you must be at least 18 years old, or make your purchase under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but minor variations in colour or texture between what you see on screen and the item you receive are not considered defects. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices on our website are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to confirm your purchase at the correct price or cancel it. Payments are processed securely through Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
6. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase, which we are free to accept or decline. A contract is formed only once we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or stock errors.
7. Cancellations
Due to our fast-paced fulfilment process, orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, and our standard returns process will apply instead. Approved cancellations are refunded within 7–14 business days.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Ardenfell and may not be reproduced without our written consent. Any third-party trademarks referenced on our site belong to their respective owners. Ardenfell is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party brand unless explicitly stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our maximum liability to you for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific transaction. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
