1. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping is also available at checkout for an additional fee, in case you need your order to arrive sooner. There are no hidden fees — the shipping cost you see at checkout is exactly what you'll pay.


2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


3. Delivery Times

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–14 business days. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as holidays or major sales events.


4. Order Tracking

Every order includes full tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If your tracking hasn't updated within 7 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.


5. Fulfilment & Logistics

Depending on the item you order, your package may be dispatched from one of our fulfilment centres in the United States, Germany, or China. Every order goes through the same strict quality control checks before dispatch, regardless of which location it ships from. All orders are packed in reinforced, tamper-evident packaging to keep your items safe in transit.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All of our prices are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees are already included in the price you pay at checkout — you won't be charged anything extra on delivery.


7. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We'll offer you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you'd prefer.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

If you notice you've entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately so we can correct it before your order is dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reship it to you free of charge. Unfortunately, we're unable to redirect a parcel that is already in transit.
